Designing what could actually ship

Every feature was written into a versioned spec, checked against the data schema, and cut if the data couldn't support it safely. Content works offline, so nothing about a survivor's activity sits on a server.

I designed and launched the web Resource Hub. The iOS app was built with engineers Shilpa Lingada, Girish Jeswani, Rakshith N, and Sanjay Dev, and designers Rhea Soman and Akshita Yadav.

Cut: Self-Care. Meditation, breathing exercises, affirmations, and the emotion wheel were designed for v1, then cut: they pulled the app toward wellness instead of navigation. Awareness moved into Understand, and Self-Care became a short list of vetted mental-health apps.
