Three redesigns, each forced by research

The first version, Safe & Secure, sorted resources into legal, medical, and crisis. That assumes people know what they need. We rebuilt the information architecture around situations instead: "I'm not sure what's happening." "I'm being monitored."

Interviews kept returning to the same fear: being seen. Privacy stopped being a setting and became the starting point of every screen.

For some people, even installing an app is unsafe. A web version now carries the same resources, with a one-tap exit that leaves nothing behind.
